  • Decreased WBC counts are common during treatment with this drug, and may be responsible for causing serious infections which may lead towards death.
  • In patients, consuming verzenio 150 mg, some hazardous infections may appear and this may be responsible for causing death.
  • This medication may be responsible for causing diarrhea. Diarrhea could be severe and may occur during the initial month of treatment.
  • Treatment with this agent is not recommended to patients aged under 18 years.

Overdose: If patients have eaten an excess dose of verzenio, call their doctor or go to the hospital emergency department, even if there are no existing symptoms.

Missed dose: If patients missed any abemaciclib dose, they should take their next dose at about their regular time. Avoid taking 2 doses of abemaciclib at the same time.
